I want to remind everyone who participates in using these forums to make sure that you check this system frequently for information before you post questions.  For example, a recent post my Mike regarding his customer's need for FT-800 tips that have a 'pulling' action (http://support.hakkousa.com/forums/FindPost426.aspx) was put on the board the day after my post regarding prototype tips that had a pulling action.  Mike acknowledged this in his second post that day (http://support.hakkousa.com/forums/FindPost427.aspx).

I look at all posts to these forums as being very serious and requiring quick action.  I also expect that each person that uses these forums to check them thoroughly before creating posts that are not needed.

I expect that each person is receiving notices of new posts to these forums.  Each of you should have subscriptions to receive notices.  If you are not getting notices, or if the subscription process is too difficult, please express your suggestions to Chris so that he can find ways to improve the system to make sure that you are notified of new posts.
